Short, and written to be read. These terms cover your use of williams-recruitment.com. They are not our terms of business for executive search — those are agreed separately and in writing before any mandate begins.

williams-recruitment.com is operated by Food Recruit Ltd, trading as Williams Recruitment, a private limited company registered in England and Wales under company number 12788663, with its registered office at 794 High Street, Kingswinford, England, DY6 8BQ.
In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Food Recruit Ltd. "You" means anyone using this website.

2. Using this website
By using this website you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
You may view, download and print pages for your own reference or for the legitimate purposes of your business.
You may not use this site to harvest contact details, scrape content, run automated queries, introduce malicious code, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or do anything unlawful. You may not use our content to train a machine learning or artificial intelligence model without our written permission.
We may change these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the moment you use the site is the one that applies.
3. This website is not an offer or an engagement
Nothing on this website is an offer to provide services, an offer of employment, or advice you should act on without speaking to us.
Submitting the enquiry form, booking a discovery call, or emailing us does not create a search engagement and does not oblige either of us to anything. A mandate begins only when terms of business have been agreed in writing and signed.
The Williams365 guarantee is described here in summary. Its full scope, conditions and exclusions are set out in our terms of business, and those terms prevail over anything said on this page.
The mandates shown under "Selected Mandates" are illustrative examples of the type of work we do. They describe roles and business situations in general terms and are not offers of employment or live vacancies.
4. What you send us
Please do not send confidential or commercially sensitive information through the enquiry form. Email is not a secure channel. If you need to discuss something sensitive — an unannounced transaction, a confidential succession, a leadership change not yet communicated internally — tell us that much and we will arrange a proper conversation.
If you send us a CV or details of another person, you confirm you are entitled to share that information with us.
Information you submit is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
5. Our content
All content on this site — text, images, layout, the Williams Recruitment name and the Williams365 name — belongs to Food Recruit Ltd or is used under licence. You may not reproduce, republish or exploit it commercially without our permission.
We take reasonable care over what we publish, but the site is provided for general information. We do not warrant that it is complete, current or error-free, and we may change it at any time.
Market commentary and search descriptions reflect our view at the time of writing. They are not advice on a specific hiring, investment or succession decision.
6. Other websites we link to
We link to third-party services including LinkedIn, WhatsApp and our scheduling provider. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices. A link is not an endorsement.
You may link to our homepage, provided you do so fairly and do not suggest an association or approval that does not exist.
7. Availability and liability
We do not guarantee that this website will always be available or uninterrupted, and we may suspend or withdraw it without notice.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
Subject to that, we exclude all implied conditions and warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law, and we are not liable for any loss of profit, loss of business, loss of opportunity, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website, or from reliance on anything published on it.

8. Governing law
These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
