One Director-level retained search. 25% of first-year base salary. 10% to begin, the remaining 90% only when your hire starts. Backed by Williams365, my twelve-month placement guarantee.
25% of first-year base salary. That is the whole number.
Every retained search I run is priced at twenty-five percent of the placed candidate's first-year base salary. Most retained firms charge 28 to 33 percent and will not print it. I charge 25 and put it on a public page.
You see the number before we start, and it does not move. The price is not a discount I hope to recover later. It is what my operating model makes possible: one practitioner, no junior bench, no office to fund, paid the balance only when your hire actually starts.
15% looks cheaper.
Until day 91.
Contingency search looks cheaper at 15 to 20 percent, with nothing to pay up front. But the contingency guarantee runs about ninety days. If the hire leaves on day ninety-one, you pay that fee again, and again on the next one. With Williams365 the re-search is free for a full twelve months. You pay once.
One price. The whole search.
Twenty-five percent of first-year base salary covers everything the search needs, run end to end by me. You cover only genuine third-party costs, passed through at cost, the same as any retained engagement.
Put the price next to a wrong hire
I take three searches at a time
One set of hands on every search is the reason Williams365 works and the reason the search is fast. It also means I cannot run an unlimited book. I hold a maximum of three retained mandates at any one time. When those three are full, new mandates wait for an opening.
If you have a Director-level or above hire on the horizon, the time to talk is before the search you need is the one in the queue.
The payment schedule, in full
Three steps. No hidden stages, no surprise invoices. The deposit begins the search and reserves one of three slots; the balance follows your hire onto the payroll.
Brief a search, with the price already on the table
Tell me about the Director-level or above role you need to fill in food manufacturing. I will give you an honest read on the talent pool, the realistic timeline, and whether it is a search I would take on, with the price you have already seen and Williams365 behind it.
