Pricing, in the open

Three guarantees. Three prices. You choose.

No hidden quote, no negotiation. You decide how long you want the placement guaranteed, and the fee follows. Every tier is a published percentage of the hire's first-year base salary.

Whichever you pick: no deposit to begin, and the full fee only when your chosen candidate accepts the offer. The price is what my operating model makes possible: one practitioner, no junior bench, no office to fund.

The longer the cover, the less each protected day costs. Per covered day, Williams365 is the cheapest tier at any salary.

All tiers: a percentage of first-year base salary, invoiced in full when your chosen candidate accepts the offer, with no deposit to begin. If they leave inside your guarantee window, I re-run the search at no professional fee. Salary figures shown are illustrative. The currency selector changes display units only; it does not apply live FX conversion.

How it compares

Contingency's price.
Retained, not scattered.

Contingency charges 15 to 20 percent for roughly a 90-day guarantee, with several agencies racing the same brief on speed. My entry tier matches that price, 15 percent for 90 days, but the search is exclusive, retained, and run by one person. Want longer certainty? Step up to six months at 20 percent or the full Williams365 year at 25 percent. You choose how long you are covered.

What the fee covers

One fee. The whole search.

Whichever guarantee tier you choose, the fee covers everything the search needs, run end to end by me. You cover only genuine third-party costs, passed through at cost, the same as any retained engagement.

A full retained search, run from briefing to start date by me, one point of contact throughout
A map of the realistic talent pool for your role, so you see the market, not just a shortlist
Direct headhunting of passive candidates across a network built only in food manufacturing
A shortlist worth interviewing, typically inside four weeks, placement in eight to twelve
Your chosen guarantee, written into the engagement letter: if they leave inside your cover window, I re-run the search free
Offer management, onboarding support, and quarterly check-ins through the first year
The cost of the alternative

Put the price next to a wrong hire

The scenario
A Director-level hire fails at month nine. The standard 90-day guarantee expired six months earlier. You pay a second full fee and lose months of momentum.
The expensive decision is not the fee. It is the hire that does not work. My fee removes the second-search cost from that equation, and it is payable only when your chosen candidate accepts the offer.
Lost productivity
Six to ten months of underperformance. Projects delayed, the function run under-led, team morale affected.
$50k to $100k
A second agency fee
With most firms, a full retained fee paid again, with no guarantee the outcome is different.
$20k to $75k
Internal HR resource
HR time, interview panels, onboarding, referencing, all repeated from scratch.
$8k to $15k
Business disruption
Customer relationships strained, initiatives stalled, team confidence undermined.
Immeasurable
Typical total exposure

I take three searches at a time

One set of hands on every search is the reason Williams365 works and the reason the search is fast. It also means I cannot run an unlimited book. I hold a maximum of three retained mandates at any one time. When those three are full, new mandates wait for an opening.

If you have a Director-level or above hire on the horizon, the time to talk is before the search you need is the one in the queue.

How the money works

The payment schedule, in full

Two moments, the same across every tier. No deposit, no hidden stages, no surprise invoices. The search begins when we sign; the fee follows only when your chosen candidate accepts the offer.

Step 01
The search begins
We sign the engagement letter and I begin the search, reserving one of my three slots. Nothing is payable at this stage, and there is no deposit.
Step 02
The full fee on acceptance
The fee is invoiced in full when your chosen candidate accepts the offer, not on shortlist and not before. I am paid only once you have your hire committed.
If needed
Re-run, free
If the placement does not last your guarantee window (90 days, 6 months or a year), I run the search again at no professional fee. You cover only genuine third-party costs.

Brief a search, with the price already on the table

Tell me about the Director-level or above role you need to fill in food manufacturing. I will give you an honest read on the talent pool, the realistic timeline, and whether it is a search I would take on, with the price you have already seen and Williams365 behind it.
