Accepted Answer

The replacement search follows the same process: briefing, headhunting, assessment, shortlist. Typically 4–6 weeks to a shortlist. Williams365 activations are prioritized — your search moves to the front of the queue.

What if we contributed to the hire not working out?

We use the replacement search to refine the brief — understanding what changed and what a stronger profile looks like. The guarantee still applies. We would rather fix the problem than assign blame.

Can we claim Williams365 more than once for the same role?

Williams365 covers one replacement per placement. If the replacement hire also doesn't work out, we would have a detailed conversation about the role and the brief before running a third search.

Williams365 applies to all retained, permanent placements at Director level and above. It does not apply to contract, interim, or contingency arrangements.
