Cost engineering, landed-cost, and margin discipline. Consumer insight and category-trend fluency (NIQ, Circana, SPINS data literacy). Cross-functional leadership across R&D, Marketing, Operations, and Supply Chain. Retailer broker / category review submission experience. Pilot-plant and commercialization expertise.
