Typical requirements
10+ years new product development leadership in food manufacturing. Stage-gate or equivalent launch discipline. Strong partnership with retail / food service customer teams. Pilot-to-scale-up engineering depth. Comfortable with consumer insights, sensory, and shelf-life. Bachelor's in Food Science, Engineering, or related. Track record of on-time launches that hit margin targets.

$170,000 to $255,000

$200,000 to $295,000

Engagement fee
