Typical requirements
10+ years food R&D leadership across product development, process engineering, and ingredient innovation. Strong on clean label, regulatory (FDA / USDA / FSMA), and shelf-life science. Stage-gate or equivalent commercialization rigor. Cross-functional partnership with marketing, ops, and procurement. Bachelor's in Food Science or Chemistry; advanced degree preferred. Demonstrated launches at scale.

Engagement fee
