A General Manager in food manufacturing carries full P&L responsibility for a site or business unit: production, quality, supply chain, people, and customer relationships. Typical requirements
10+ years operations leadership in US food manufacturing with P&L responsibility. Single-site GM or multi-site step-up experience. Customer-facing exposure with retailers, food service, or co-packing customers. Track record of plant turnaround or step-change improvement. Strong people leader, has built and retained plant leadership bench. Comfortable in FDA, USDA, SQF/BRCGS environments.

$190,000 to $260,000
Midwest
$170,000 to $235,000

$160,000 to $225,000
West Coast
$200,000 to $275,000

Engagement fee
