Typical requirements
10 to 15+ years operations leadership in US food manufacturing. Large-site or multi-site directorship at $100M+ scale. Track record of EBITDA improvement and OEE expansion. Capex deployment and capacity build experience. Bachelor's in Engineering, Food Science, or Operations; MBA a plus. Strong on safety culture, food safety, labor relations, and plant leadership bench development.

$165,000 to $245,000

$210,000 to $310,000

Engagement fee
