Typical requirements
8 to 12+ years progressive operations leadership culminating in plant ownership. Single-site P&L, OEE, yield, and safety responsibility. Lean / TPM / Six Sigma deployment track record. Comfortable in FDA, USDA, SQF/BRCGS environments. Strong people leader, supervisor and superintendent development. Capex and capacity project experience. Bachelor's in Engineering, Food Science, or Operations preferred.

$140,000 to $200,000

$135,000 to $195,000

$170,000 to $235,000

Engagement fee
