VP of Supply Chain recruitment

VP of Supply Chain recruitment for UK & US food manufacturing
A VP of Supply Chain in food manufacturing has to hold service level, inventory, freight cost, and supplier resilience together, through commodity volatility, retailer fines, and labor disruption. My VP of Supply Chain search identifies leaders who balance S&OP discipline with procurement, logistics, and co-manufacturing partnerships at scale.

Typical requirements
12+ years end-to-end supply chain leadership in US food manufacturing. S&OP, procurement, demand planning, logistics, and customer service oversight. Co-manufacturing and 3PL relationship management. Comfortable with commodity hedging and contract strategy. APICS CPIM or CSCP preferred. Multi-site and multi-network experience required. Track record of working capital and freight cost reduction.

"What you need when you're recruiting is someone who understands your requirements and can put themselves in your shoes. Anybody can throw CVs at a client; very few can throw the right ones, with skillset and cultural fit aligned to the client's needs. With Scott you get someone with industry knowledge in Procurement and Supply Chain. He just gets it because he has done it. Would I use Scott again? Absolutely, in a heartbeat."
